Led the logistical planning and on-site execution of one of Corona Canada's most ambitious and challenging event installations.
The Solution
Leverage the team's expertise in large-scale event logistics to transform the iconic summit of Whistler Blackcomb Mountain by leveraging meticulous logistical planning and coordination. From ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of all, necessary equipment and supplies to the over 6,000-foot-high summit, to constructing temporary structures and facilities that could withstand the often-unpredictable mountain weather.
The Result
The successful transportation of the 500 ticketed guests to celebrate the brand's Sunset series as the summer season ended. Seamlessly integrating a variety of uniquely designed on-site activations, from interactive brand experiences to performances by world-renowned DJs, all while offering a curated menu of culinary delights. The vibrant, unforgettable celebration of Corona's brand and the natural beauty of the Whistler region was an overwhelming success, leaving guests with memories that would last long after the final sunset had dipped below the horizon.
